Using the site
You may use Start Irie for lawful business purposes. Do not submit information you do not have permission to share, interfere with the service, test another person’s email address, scrape private report links, or attempt to bypass the one-diagnosis limit.
The free diagnosis
The diagnosis uses the information you provide and public page evidence available at the time of inspection. It offers practical guidance, not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice. Public pages change, and limited evidence can produce a limited report.
Each email address can claim one free diagnosis. You must control the email address you submit. Your private report link grants access to the report, so keep it out of public posts and shared documents.
Paid services
A diagnosis may recommend a Start Irie service. The recommendation does not create a purchase agreement. A separate proposal, scope, price, payment schedule, and approval will govern paid work.
Your content
You keep ownership of the business information and materials you submit. You give Start Irie permission to process that material so we can provide the requested diagnosis or service. Do not submit confidential customer data through the public diagnosis form.
Start Irie content
Start Irie owns the site design, copy, reports, software, and brand materials, except for third-party material and information you provide. You may use your diagnosis for your business planning. You may not resell, copy, or use the system to build a competing diagnosis product without written permission.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site and delivery systems available, but outages and delivery failures can occur. You remain responsible for business decisions, account access, backups, customer communication, compliance, and changes you make after reading a diagnosis.
To the extent the law permits, Start Irie is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or decisions based on incomplete or outdated information. Some jurisdictions do not allow each limitation in this paragraph, so local law may give you additional rights.
Ending access
We may block abusive submissions or restrict access when someone harms the service, another customer, or our infrastructure. You may stop diagnosis follow-ups through the link in the email.
