It uses your description of the customer path and tools. If you provide a public website, it also checks public page signals such as the main heading, trust language, contact path, forms, search basics, and payment cues.
Do you access private accounts or analytics?
No. The free diagnosis does not sign in to your website, CRM, payment account, analytics, inbox, or social account.
Why can I use an email only once?
The diagnosis costs time and infrastructure to produce. One free report per email keeps the offer useful and limits abuse. The server enforces the rule after normalizing the address.
Where do I receive the report?
You receive a full report link by email. The browser also opens the private report after a successful submission.
Which emails will Start Irie send?
You receive the requested report, a 24-hour follow-up, and a final 72-hour follow-up. Each email includes the report and a path to ask for help.
Can I stop the follow-ups?
Yes. Use “Stop diagnosis follow-ups” in any diagnosis email. Your report link will keep working.
Will I receive marketing emails?
Only when you select the optional tips and offers box. Report-delivery consent and marketing permission are stored separately.
What happens to my information?
Start Irie stores the intake, diagnosis, delivery status, consent record, and customer activity in a private admin system. Read the Privacy Policy for retention, service-provider, and request details.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. You can use the report without buying a Start Irie service. If you want help, the report recommends a focused first service and gives you a contact link.
Can Start Irie guarantee a business result?
No. The report gives recommendations from the evidence available. Your market, offer, operations, decisions, and execution affect the outcome.
