Information we collect
You give us your email address, business name, description of the problem, current tools, desired outcome, and any public website address you ask us to inspect. We also receive basic request information such as browser type, referral page, submission time, and IP-derived abuse-control signals.
Start Irie inspects public pages that you submit. We do not sign in to private accounts, read private analytics, or access your CRM, payment records, or customer messages during the free diagnosis.
How we use it
- Create, store, and deliver the diagnosis you requested.
- Send the diagnosis follow-ups you accepted on the form and respond when you ask for help.
- Protect the free diagnosis from repeated use and protect our forms from abuse.
- Send broader Start Irie tips or offers only when you select the optional marketing box.
We keep diagnosis-delivery consent separate from marketing consent.
One free diagnosis per email
We normalize your email address and create a protected cryptographic identity so the system can recognize a prior free diagnosis. We may retain that one-use identity after deleting other lead details because it prevents repeated claims without requiring us to use the address for marketing.
Retention and security
We keep lead and diagnosis records while we provide service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We limit admin access and protect the private admin route and database with access controls. No online service can promise perfect security.
Your choices
Each diagnosis email includes a link that stops the remaining automated diagnosis follow-ups. You can also ask us to correct or delete your customer information, or withdraw optional marketing permission.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.” We may ask you to confirm that you control the email address connected to the record.
Children and policy changes
Start Irie serves business owners and is not designed for children under 13. We will update the date on this page when we change this policy and post material changes on the site.
